We care about serving customers well. I could explain that we care more because we are smaller than our major competitors so we can be more service-oriented, or I could point to our inventory of over 52,000 items that is larger than virtually anyone else in the school or teacher supply industry. I could note that we are family owned, a background that causes us to care deeply, as well. All of these points are true, but most importantly, we want to run a highly caring business because that’s just how we want to be, and we choose to operate a business that serves educators who improve our communities and our world.
