Background:
Severino grew up in Posen, a suburb of Chicago, with his brother Mike and sister Rosa. His parents moved to the United States from Italy in 1973. Growing up in an Italian household he developed a strong connection to his heritage. He and his wife Natalie are currently enrolled in Italian language classes at the Italian Cultural Center in Berwyn. They are hoping to visit Italy next year!

Severino attended his local elementary and high school where he played on the basketball team. It was in his senior year that he discovered his passion for the game of golf. When he graduated college he took a management position at a local country club and was living the dream. When the time came to move on he pursued a career in sales. He spent the next five years growing his business and sharpening his customer service skills.
In March 2011, Severino joined the Chicago School Supply family and is dedicated to schools in the Chicago Public School areas 13, 14, and 15. He now lives in Hillside with his wife Natalie and their dog Charlie.
